My son's verbal feedback was different to the emailed report. Why can she charge so much, yet not give consistent verbal and written reports? I have discussed this with her, which she denies. She is just taking your money, no value. She was rushing off to a school event at her child's school, so she rushed through the verbal feedback to get to school on time. Would not recommend!
