DO NOT USE THIS GUY! he brought back our washing machine with dents and scratches and it still didn't work. There is a supposed 6 month warranty, but after he has your money you never see him again. Multiple people have had the same issue and he has criminal cases against him.

I’m so disappointed at the service the guy and out and charge me R2200 without even assessing the fault and I ask why charge without even knowing what’s the fault he come twice and the fridge didn’t worn 3rd he said someone else and not I can’t increase temperature on the arrange to come check the fridge for a 3rd time we waited and didn’t show up my food gone to waist now I need to make another to get it fix or raise money to buy another fridge he was the first person to do repairs on the fridge this is not ok to be exploited like this

I logged a call and was told a technician would come do the repairs. 24 hours later, I followed up as still no technician showed up. I was told they would follow up.Only after 36 hours of waiting and I contacted the owner AGAIN, he casually told me oh, he had no technicians available. No service was received and severe poor communication skills.

Worst service.. Paid Blessing more than R3k in December to fix my fridge he came but fridge never worked with a promise of a 6 month guarantee on workmanship.. ladies if you stay alone don’t bother he won’t respect you or your money he only answers if you get a man to call or scare him to come fix.. terrible service terrible customer relations he will even shout at you over the phone..

Terrible service, terrible attitude. No communication and will delay delivery to a point where I genuinely thought that I wouldn't get my washing machine back. Would not recommend.
