Great service, friendly staff

Manager very rude. Asked for Sliding doors. She gave us a size and when the doors came it's was smaller than what it was. We phoned numerous times and was told that's the size. But they didn't tell me that the size would be a little smaller. Second of all bought the doors and it never came with locks. So I got angry and phoned and we paid 21000 for our doors surely there would be some locks. When I phoned she said well they are separate if you want you must buy. Now wouldn't you expect for such a price uou would get some locks included. Now yes I lost myself with the manager. She said I was rude. I said to her in a laughing tone as a manager I though you would do your job right. And tell the client you don't get locks. And her response is she doesn't need to tell them. Now isn't that bad service? I'm Highly disappointed with the manager there and she's very rude.
