Excellent service. I would highly recommend buying a bike from CIT if you are looking to buy a used bike. You can buy with absolute peace of mind that, should you discover a fault with the bike two or three days later, they will gladly repair the fault with a smile. Discovered two faults on my bike on 2 separate occasions and both faults were repaired swiftly by CIT at no additional cost.

Do not do business with this place! We baught a CBR 1000 from them cash in January and still have not received the registration papers, when we baught the bike I explicitly asked if it was on the company name now Geraldine keeps on telling me the they are waiting for the papers from the bank, it does not take 3 months to get the registration sorted.

Fantastic customer service.The entire process was handled quickly and efficiently.I was regularly updated on the process of my purchase.I requested a tow bar to be fitted to the vehicle before collection, and even that was done in less than 24 hours.CIT is certainly the go to dealership for hassle free vehicle purchases.An extra thanks to Janco and Jolani for your assistance

If I could give a higher rating I would, 10/10. The service was really amazing, I felt welcome, like a friend and not just a customer. The process was seamless and very pleasant and once everything was finalized they offered to deliver the car to me as I stay quite a distance away from CIT. I couldn't ask for better service and not just my car but all the vehicles they offer are honestly in brilliant condition.
