Not very happy. They just ignore your instructions. For example; if you deliver 3 bales of wool and ask them to send them to the bins, they ignore you, and send them to the resort department, where they can lie for up to four months before they are resorted!! And then you wait another month at least, before it is auctioned. This is simply just not on!!

You get to see wool and mohair if you are in the fibre business, but if not you can still get a tour on the premises and what the industry actually is all about. Always nice to learn something new
