It was at the time of heavy rains. We had to drive through large pools of water to arrive at the Makgabeng lodge. It had closed but we did not get the information long before arrival.

Beautiful quiet place. The food was always good and all the staff and especially the owners were so nice and friendly. Would visit again!

Enjoyed my stay, the host and his family were very hospitable, great customer service.The only down side was the pool which was a bit dirty to swim in even after it had supposedly been cleaned but other than that we had a great time at Makgabeng Farm Lodge and would visit again.

My colleague and I had such a wonderful stay at Makgabeng Farm Lodge. Frank, Fortune and Lorraine are a great team who were very responsive to our needs. Room was well appointed, food delicious and service friendly and professional.
