Great Value for Money. Very filling. I got the 3 Hakes and Chips for R52 ....Best Bang for the buck if you're in the bluff area. Found this place just by chance as I was working in the Area. !!!!

Ur hake and chips is absolutely terrible there was a time when 2 ppl could eat 1 large now u put 3 small hake which is medium amd charge as large to me u r being a rogue. Ur.portions have gone smaller and the price has gone higher the batter is disappearing nomore fluffy as before dry and horrible fried in the same oil used the whole day and the chips is the frozen type sold in shops. As a frequent buyer i will nomore support ur establishment.

The portions of fish and the chips have diminished in size sadly. No slice of fresh lemon was given. The portions of fish and chips were sloppy and not fried firm and well. In all it was a sad excuse for fish and chips. They could easily do better.

I really used to love anchors fish and chips but recently their hake isn't up to par as it used to Be.For a large being R52 (raised price) we're getting 3 tiny peices of hake which used to feed at least 2 people now feeds basically one I'm utterly disappointed in anchors yet i really enjoyed their food when they first opened.The chips are fried in the same old oil and 70% of the time their hard.Anchors please take note and fix the portion size of the fish!
