The Courier Guy - Parklands Kiosk

I have been using the courier guy parklands kiosk for the past 2 weeks and everytime I’m there I’m welcomed with friendly smiles and warm greetings. I happened to fall into Robins desk most of the time and he always made sure I got the best service .. He was always ready to answer any questions and make any suggestions where possible ..

If the courier company tells you that they don't take liability in breakage of the glass. That says to me we will handle your parcel any how, it is not our problem. I think they should say 'we don't courier glass parcels'.

Always wonderful using this Kiosk. Simone and her colleagues are always so helpful and super friendly.Courier prices are great and have used them to send many gifts to different parts of South Africa. All deliveries arrived before the estimated time given and no breakages.Keep up the great work. Thanks for always going the extra mile.

I had a large shipment that Simone helped me with, her service was impeccable, both she and her colleague was so professional, efficient and helpful. The Courier Guy Parklands is a small shop but it's so busy, very popular and lots of people in and out, no matter how many people were in the cue, the two ladies efficiently attended to all of them, treated every customer with respect and made each client feel valued, great team work. First visit to the Courier Guy in Parklands. I normally use DHL.The service I received from Robin was fantastic. He had to do all the writing for the waybill as my handwriting is horrible. He did this with a smile! I was blown away! You have gained a new client and I will definitely recommend this company!

Bad service. Their whole attitude was as if they didn't want to help me.Stood there for a while before i got called to the counter. The female had an arrogant, sarcastic attitude towards her colleague and me.She told me I had to go buy a plastic container or wooden crate to put my package in. Went across the road to get it bubblewrapped, went back, and they still refused to help me because my package wasn't in a container even though it was bubblewrapped, and they do sell boxes marked as fragile - this wasn't even glass.l! Told me it's against company policy". I went to a different kiosk (another Courier Guy... SAME company
