Joel Transport did a move for me from Vanderbijlpark to Pretoria on 22 March 2019. The move was done professionally and at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them.They again did an office move for me on the 18th of September 2019. The move was from Sunninghill to Pretoria. Fast and efficient service with not a single problem. I highly recommend them.

Joel Transport was on time, 4 friendly Gentleman pitched at my gate smiling. Frans came up to me and introduced himself in a very focused gesture. Jewelry stolen - furniture broken - electronics broken by Joel Transport. Joel transport came recommended, how ever it landed up being the worst moving experience. After meeting with Peter the owner to arrange the move I was reassured that I would be in good hands and told not to worry about insurance as the move was a short one and his staff would take care of us.What I got in return was broken electronics , multiple items stolen by his staff and told that I was to blame for the theft as I lead his staff to temptation.When notified of the theft, my own staff, family members and close friends were accused of being thieves before he would believe that his staff had stolen from us.When reporting broken items to him as a result of negligence, and not accident, I was told that I was at fault for not correctly packaging every item in its original packaging despite taking great care to bubble wrap all expensive items.

I have used Joel to move 3 times now. And used them to store my belonging. Excellent service. I don't even get quotes from other companies. I go straight to them

All round amazing service. Told me they'd arrive between 9 and 10, they arrived promptly at 9. They don't charge extra to secure your goods with protection(blankets and padding). Then they had to wait while I was caught on the n1 for an hour and they unpacked and set up my furniture. They even reassembled my dressing table for me. No mess, no fuss. They are remarkable.

Handled our move very professionally without incident. All staff members were very friendly and efficient whilst taking care of our possessions. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly the entire day all the time with a smile on their faces. Our appreciation to the crew that moved us.
