Seef Kibler Park is so unprofessional. We went to them looking for help, wanting to rent out our house. We left our house in 2019 in a good state. 2022 the tenant left and our house is in a mess. When we state our claim and have full evidence of the before and after pictures. The couple who owns Seef Kibler Park claimed that it's just a little snag" demanding that we should give the tenats the deposit money and fix our house from our pockets. The tenants made sure they break things. The main bedroom bathroom door is in 2 pieces

Trevor and Ruth are the most friendlies and compassionate professionals in the industry. It took both of them less than 2 months to sell my property under tough economically Covid times. I really enjoyed working with them as a client.

Treacherous Seeff DuoFellow South Africans I would just like to warn you about the husband-and-wife duo Ruth and Trevor Sturgess from Seeff Kibler Park.Their famous saying is “it’s just a little snag”. I am a single mother of two and all I wanted was a home for my boys - Ruth and Trevor handed me an inhabitable property to rent out and then advised me that the horrific conditions which I found within the house were just “little snags”.These little snags included:• a gate which was not fully functional• a broken washing line• a door which did not lock and close• a bugler door which till this day I still do not know how to close as it is not functioning properly• a broken prepaid electricity meter (no electricity)• a stove which makes a creaking sound when switched on• a clogged bathroom basin• a broken wall cupboard in the bedroom• a broken wardrobe door in the second bedroom• cockroaches roaming the house• an all round filthy and dusty homeI do not believe that the above are “little snags” more especially since I was promised that all would be in working condition before 01 July 2022.It was not until I said that I would like my money back as I had been hoaxed into a living nightmare that they started to panic and reluctantly start fixing some of the things.All I want is my money back so that I may find a decent home for my children as I have been unfairly treated and taken advantage of. Please do not conduct any business with these two individuals as they will leave you high and dry without a decent roof over your head.

I am a happy home owner because of the dedication of Seef Kibler Park. Trevor and team keep on doing great work.
