It's safe and the communal areas are clean but the flats seem to be infested with cockroaches...lots and lots of them!!

Secure building. Can accommodate students and young workers. 300m away from Hatfield gautrain station. 200m away from dros. 500m from Hatfield mall, news cafe, ocean basket and a variety of shops restaurants, virgin active. Etc.

WARNING to anyone who is interested in renting in flat 201 at The Wall.Flat is owned by Kamogelo Lefifi and Tiisetso is the accomplice, they call themselves Bakgatlha Investments Pty (Ltd). These people delivered on empty promises and did not pay back my deposit in full. They are also known for not paying their dues owned to the body corporate for the flat. Unprofessional and they give black owned businesses a bad name. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

The noise levels are bad and there is poor assistance from a particular security guard.As I am writting this it is just before 3AM, I went down to the security, more than twice, to lay a complaint regarding the unit above me.Nothing has been done.

It's a simple flat mostly for students. Family can stay but not suitable for young children.It's very simple, with tight security. But it DO s not offer the homey fell that you want.

If you looking for an affordable place around Hatfield for a period less than a year then this is your place. However, the building and units are poorly managed and maintained. I would not recommend this place to anyone as first choice.

Very convenient location across the road from the Gautrain and a short distance from the heart of Hatfield. The security however is not the best and the finishes are mediocre.
