I finally found a program that works for me and my lifestyle! The exercises are easy to follow and understand. I have been able to exercise from the comfort of my own home, and not only did I lose the weight I was hoping to, I was also able to tone my body and get rid of cellulite, BONUS!!! I would recommend using the meal guide in collaboration with the exercise program for the best results.
