Would be much easier if these guys stripped the car when it comes in, keep all te simular parts with plastic tags to identify each, then to let the client go with a worker, look for a car, with stripped spares lying all over taking 2 hours. Or to stip car on the spot. This will save you time, and alot of space. But the staff is great!!!! I can give them that. So only management of resources....

How they work is that, they have a lot of technicians who are responsible for helping you find the part in their vast warehouse.Their initial step on the system starts with them checking if they have the car to strip or if they have the auto part already on the floor. If they do, then they assign a technician to you. He will take you through the warehouse to find the part that you are looking for. This gives you an option to choose the best of the lot. They then test the part in front of you to confirm that it works before you can purchase it.Their customer service right from the reception is one the best i have experienced.

Professional advice at reception, but I needed a CV for a X-trail. When I proceeded to the racks, I found that the Nissan racks contained CV's from Mazda, Ford and other vehicle manufacturers. It made it difficult to find what I was looking for. I eventually gave up and left. The assistant was very helpful and also frustrated by the situation
