I was very disappointed by the service there, I went to the schools uniform shop and the service was extremely bad and the one lady was beyond rude, she was dragging her feet and it was as though she was being forced to speak. She could’ve even yelled at me at that point. She also works at the reception I believe. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to because she was laughing and smiling with the people after us. There are people who need this job and if she’s not gonna put in effort for it then she should let it go. The service was extremely disappointing and I honestly didn’t expect to receive this kind of treatment.
