Best best best veterinary clinic to take your pets. Very helpful staff and doctors who explain exactly what is needed and how to fix it. The whatsapp feature is also so helpful during my pets recovery.

They are by the best vet I have ever had! My dogs are my babies and I am a bit of hypochondriac, but they are always friendly and nice. They know all my animals, send me reminders and check in after appointments. I even used their watsapp line to ask a question about my in-laws dog while they were closed and I got a super helpful response! Can't recommend enough.

Took my kitties for the first time this week, they were so well taken care of. I loved that eveyone took time to listen to my concerns and explain everything. I've been taking my rescue cat to RVV and their partner branch Sunninghill Village Vet since I adopted him years ago. They have always been extremely accommodating and done everything possible for him, discussing options and pricing with me thoroughly. They also do their best to make him comfortable although he is nervous. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vet for their family.Just as ONE example of how much the vets care about their clients: we discovered my cat has a terrible reaction to topical parasite control as he scratched his neck to bits. Not only did the vet see him immediately (for free!) they also reimbursed us for the topical parasite control which I was NOT expecting, and did their best to follow up with the manufacturer. It's not all about the money of course, but that gesture was touching. The staff did their absolute best to look after my baby and always have.I would take any human patient to a doctor's office like this, so don't hesitate to bring your pet to this practice.

Cleaning the floor 9:19 and cant go in even though they open at 8am. Do the cleaning after hours.
