Please refrain from posting unlawful advertising boards in our community. The city bylaw is clear in section 9a that these boards are not permitted without COJ approval. As residents we will continue to clean up our city and ask that as developers you respect our laws and the environment. We have tried to engage with your company but have failed.

Hi Central Developments (Lion Pride), please train your people on customer service. They are very good at sales but terrible at customer service and experience. Emediately after the sale the agent handling my account left Central Dev, I was allocated someone else and things went sideways. If its not being told of other clients and their appointments its having to wait for an hour for the agent to pitch to our appointment. I am being treated as if central developments is doing me a favor. Communication is poor and a single picture of the house from the street is regarded as an update. I honestly think your people can do better. I am intentionally not mentioning names as this is meant to be feedback to improve your services.

They not bad, the only problem is the fiber ISP which is the worst in the country that they force down your throat technically as there is no alternative allowed

The place is safe, kid friendly and great even when you are working from home because it is quiet during the day, the staff is amazing McDonald gives the best service ever. When he is boarding you into the area and during your stay in the area he makes sure that your stay is blissful.

Honestly the homes are beautiful but them having picked the worst internet provider in south Africa doesnt make sense to me , please if you thinking of buying a home from these people , please read the reviews on Surf4life , you will see the honest truth about buying a house from Central development or Cosmopolitan

For a first time buyer it wasn’t a great experience… ur experience might be different so don’t be alarmed by this review but here it goes1- read the sales agreement carefully they have this claw about occupational rent that kind of changes the sale from buying using bank financial service(in my case a bond) to a “rent to buy”(but in essence u aren’t buying because u are not decreasing ur bond, the money goes to body corporate or the development company it’s)2- ask to see the property itself or an example of similar unit as the one u are buying even if it’s not inside but so you can get a true sense of what you are buying3- don’t blindly believe everything your agent tells you.. because they don’t always a us maintain a level of decorum … they end up making you feel like they are doing you a favour..4- be vigilant during inspection because when I moved in and I showed them the cupboard on top of the stove they claimed that the problem was a water damage and it wasn’t their fault that I didn’t take the extra of a hub …But overall the manager wasn’t so bad and the rest of the team seemed to jump in when my agent didn’t accept how I responded to the discrepancies of the contract.. again read the contract .. hell get a lawyer and pay them to read it .. I did it when it was too late

Got a solid sales agent Mdu, very honest and transparent about everything. No regrets.

1. Your Deposit will never and I mean NEVER be refunded to you. I am talking about Zambezi Place/Zambezi Manor.2. I found structural damages when I moved in and I kept emaing and complaining to the maintenance people at Central Developments, I ended up fixing the issues myself. Andre was my Rental Agent, Geoffrey was the one that signed me in. He told me that they were aware of all the defects in the Unit and they maintenance have been notified to come and fix them. They never did until I had them fixed.3. They did the out inspection without me. There is hooks and drills in the walls. I mean where do that come from? I could them there.Then they send my account to the Debt collectors without letting me know that the is an account outstanding. When I asked them today, I was told I should have complained. This is Pardon.Guys I know I was careless and I won't get anywhere with this complain, I am just making you aware of Central Development Shenanigans. I thought they were honest like the guys at the Hudson, and this is the only reason I took refuge with them in the first place. The Hudson guys were always truthful and on part with everything. But this ones at Zambezi even when I was handing in my key it was a he said she said.

The service we received from Mdu Gumede when we purchased our apartment at Route 82 was great. He is a friendly guy and is professional at all times. He was always willing to answer any questions that I had regarding purchasing a property as I was a first time buyer and didn't get annoyed when I didn't understand anything.
