Good shop with great owners but they need to incorporate using portable disk drives and USB for transfer of files to print otherwise if you don’t that and don’t have data then your trip to the store is useless.

This shop is very untrustworthy, I took my laptop there for charging port replacement and costed me R550 I left it there few days they told me it has another problem and I will have to pay an addition of R400, I had to wait till month end coz I didn't have the money, come month end I had the money, when I went back to pay my laptop out they told me it's been stolen from their storage and Mr Kofi the owner told me he can't do anything about it because he is not in the country, I tried to understand but now when I call them to ask about my laptop they drop the phone on me or don't pick it up at all....if you see this please advise me what can I do to get my laptop back...but please be warned about this shop!
