I am still using KnysnaOn. About 8 Months ago I had problems with communication but lately they have been so much better.Even had no Internet as the sun was setting. I contacted them and they got someone to resolve the problem that night. It was damage done to the line.==== Old Problem ====In the beginning, KnynsaOn was great. Responsive communication, great speeds and latency. Problems were sorted out quick enough when discovered. This was just over a year ago we signed up.Now however, I sent an email and got a response the next day. This was good. Then I hit reply, 5 days later no reply, sent another email and created a ticket. Days go by, still no reply.

Amazing experience and customer service!! Would give it 6 stars
