My mate took his camera here as black spots appeared on the screen , the bloke that served him was rude and condescending , charged him $80 to blow it with air - made no difference , he brought this fact to their attention and he was give $40 back and the excuse that he was to fussy - bottom line - no service , no idea what they are doing and no $40 for my mate : (As they say once bitten !!

This is an excellent service. My Canon G12 was put in due to a particular problem it had. The problem was identified quickly and fixed within a few days. Highly recommended.

My UV filter was stuck on my lens and no matter how I cannot get rid of it myself. Get recommended to this store from Ted’s. Gave it a call and the guy said he’d take no charge to help me get rid of it. And so he did it on the spot, it only took two minutes. It was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much!

Drove half an hour to drop the camera off on Monday after checking by email I would have it back for Saturday, as well as confirming with another person who took my camera. Went to pick it up this morning and it hadn't been fixed and wouldn't be done today - no call to say there was a delay, a big waste of my time.
