So this was my first review with amazing nachos , but sadly sitting here writing this review 12 march at 15:05 been 20min and no waiter serving us.Maybe spur should look at self orders so the kitchen can at least prepare the food and the water can just take it to the table. Since the lack of service you losing customers.

My friends and I came here for lunch at noon on May 15th. I don't know if your food is cold or something, because it's different from spur in other places. So I can only say that this experience is not good.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. This is all before I got my food. Based on service alone, I'm not coming back. Very disappointed.I ordered half buffalo wings and paid for them expecting to receive them with chips and onion rings as indicated on the menu, but I only got the wings. I honestly feel like my money was wasted and I was cheated.Terrible!

Not me ordering on Mr D after not eating the whole day. Not the pork ribs being grilled only on one side and looking soggy. Not to mention some items missing. Had to go back (after the food was delivered) to give them back their food. Apparently I need to contact MrD. Not sure how they get linked up to meat not being properly grilled. I’ll wait for your feedback about my money ke my dhiye.

Soo dissatisfied, after craving spur ribs and wing today I was disappointed with choosing spur grahamstown to dine. My pork chop was grilled only one side and it was burnt the other side had raw fat and not grilled. My ribs had an after taste with unpleasant smell. For the first time I couldn't finish my onion rings and chips they were filled with only. My partner only at steak, he couldn't eat any of the sides as well. I must say the only thing I enjoyed was the milkshake, that I finished. As for the waitress I won't even go there.

Grahamstown redwood spur lacks customer service. I have been here for an hour and a half and I am only getting my drink order now. I can't even imagine when the food is going to get here, most probably in the next 2 hours. I don't understand why there is only 5 waiters when the place is this full.

If there was an option of giving them zero stars I would!!! The service was horrible we waited to receive the menu for the longest time, we asked for assistance but they still didn’t help us.
