Pick n Pay Family Goldman Street
Clean family supplys shop. Less fresh meat available, which strange! Shorter ques compared to other pick n pays, which is such a relief. Has 2 entrances, 1 at back with parking spaces & the other by the busy street side. In the parking area there is no cover. Then that side there are also the usual local unsolicited male car guards peoplewho also help to push & park your trolley.

Bad service I got today .Imagine being told if I how the till will freeze just because I asked for cash send money but two people in front of me got monies no stories.what does it look like I work for Maintenance or I'm a customer?? my question is what does the policy say????I also work for retail and I know what the policy say?? Customer first customer are always right.If that lady does not want her job she should stay home and not give us k*k service ,so many unemployed people would grab that opportunity with both hands.

Just be careful of car hijacking on that street. Be friendly to car guards as they are your eyes when doing your shopping.

The standards are dropping since 2010 !! The butchery and refrigeration section smells. Staff are not smiling. If one has to compare with either Pick n Pay Northgate and Princess the customer experience is miles apart!!
