Riet River Auto Bosch Car Service

I took my car for a service to Riet River Auto Bosch and am thoroughly impressed with not just the actual service of the vehicle but the way the staff treated me, with such dignity and respect. They went the extra mile with contacting Discovery for my warranty and goodness knows how difficult it is to just get through to Discovery!! Thank you Rakesh, Shane and team I highly recommend your services. Thank you for taking the time to explain every step of the repairs and for respecting that I’m clueless when it comes to all things auto.

Riet River Bosch Auto was an unknown entity to me until I saw them on Facebook. I needed work done on my VW Caddy. After the diagnosis they have found my faults. I booked it in for the repair work which took 3 days. They have done the braking system & the power steering for free. The work was done for a fraction of the cost. . There is still the aircon work which needs attention which they will attend in a weeks time. I am entirely satisfied with their outstanding service & workmanship. My sincere thanks to the Manager, Rakesh for his dedication work & keeping up to his promises. I will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Keep up the great performance guys.

I called the service station to book my service. They couldn’t take my call but followed up with me later. 100✔️. Service was explained and quoted prior. 100✔️. During diagnostic testing they called me to alert me of all the faults and had proper pricing and were able to alert me of all major and important fixes. 100✔️. Upon collection it was explained to me what had been done. What needed to be done and when it needed to be done. They are patient and understanding as I am a female. They were a little tardy on the pick up time hence my 4 star rating. I had a good experience and can recommend this service station.
