Never bothered to clean the house we moved into - stood empty for two months so was covered in dust, braai area full of fatty grease en still ash left from previous inhabitants, cupboards full of dust, carpets smelt of urine and had nail clippings in, toilets leaking, electric garage door not working, electric gate not working, electricity keeps tripping at db board, half the lights not working. And they expect me to pay full price for renting their false advertisement.
