Dream of Africa Bush Lodge

3 magical nights! From the moment you arrive you feel at home, The food was excellent and they knew how to adapt it to our needs.Strongly recommends!

There are hotels in the region adding themselves a “6th star”, for some reason… :)I would definitely add that 6th star to Dream of Africa Bush Lodge. We have just spent a week at Dream of Africa Bush Lodge and had a wonderful, peaceful and restorative stay. The location is lovely and the lodge itself is beautiful but more importantly Val and Neil who run the lodge will do everything to ensure you are comfortable and well fed (if you choose to have meals which we did). I would highly recommend this lodge if you wish to stay adjacent to the Kruger Park. The bird life is fantastic and you can observe a lot of game passing through the property. We also loved watching the bush babies coming out from their little abode to feed close to the fireside in the evenings. Thank you Val and Neil for a wonderful break.

We spent 2 wonderful days at the lodge and would highly recommend it. The lodge is ideally situated, it is even possible to go for a walk or see animals from your terrace. The room was superb and comfortable, the food and wine magnificent and the welcome and hospitality of Niel and Valerie was really nice. Niel is also an excellent guide for a game drive in the park!Thanks again, with all our best wishes, Chloe and Samuel

The hosts were warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, the bed was big and comfortable. The rooms were very neat and tidy, we saw some wild animals there. We really enjoyed our stay there, it was a home away from home.

We visit The Kruger Park once a month and we have stayed at loads of different places, but since we found it every month we keep returning to Dream Of Africa. The lodge is so new and modern (compared to the other lodges in Marloth Park that are really old and outdated). The location is fantastic, very close to Crocodile Bridge Gate and Marloth Park itself is so special with all of the animals roaming around. However the highlight of our stay is always the hosts - Val & Neil. Their hospitality and kindness is truly touching. Don't look any further, this place is unbeatable!

We spent two amazing nights with Val and Neil. They are the best hosts you can imagine and will give you tons of tips, feed you great food & wine and tell fascinating stories about the area. The lodge is brand new and was built by the Val and Neil themselves. Awesome design and rooms, we felt like home the minute we arrived. It's 20min to the next Kruger gate which is one of the best starting points for a safari. Neil can take you on a morning drive where you have the best chance to see the Big 5 and everything else. We will definitely come back!

It was great. A really nice house. And a good location to go in the Krüger Nationalpark

We spent one night at this awesome place. We really felt welcomed. Everything was perfect. Vale prepared us a delicious breakfast, with all our special needs. (Vegan, Vegetarier....)Vale and Neil are the Perfect hosts

Probably the best place we've ever stayed overall. Great accommodation, incredible service, amazing food and top drawer setting. Couldn't recommend enough!
