One of the staff members was rude and has no way of speaking to customers. She was also very unhelpful. Click and collect should of been much more efficient and time saving. Will definitely not use this service again

I've been shopping here for years now and I particularly like this branch. The staff are really friendly and helpful, but not too overbearing (like some stores). Generally good quality clothing, I love their sports and underwear ranges. Highly recommend this Australian-based brand!

Went into the store yesterday lunchtime. Neither staff member looked up or checked to see if I used the hand sanitizer. While walking around both staff members were more interested in their phone chatting and giggling. Retail isn’t rocket science In this economy you should be looking to assist any potential customer and be doing your job properly. Perhaps some training or retraining? Rentals are high, I wish you luck. I won’t be back many other stores to choose from.

Tried calling 14 times Cotton On Cavendish to ask if an item was in stock there as the the in-store search online was not working. Honestly pathetic that no one answers!

Good variety of clothes and accessories for men, woman and children. My only issue is the shirts always seem to shrink and as a result I've had to buy sizes up that often shrink disproportionately resulting in an undesired fit after just a few washes.

My bag got stolen in this store while trying on a shoe!! Nobody saw anything and staff were reluctant to help in this regard...when asked to see camera footage the manager on duty said she doesn't have passwords to access it. Poorly managed store and no policy in place for theft or customer service. A security check needs to be put in place ASAP. I will never shop here again!!!

Please advise on your customer in store policy regarding damages to items in store.My wife’s shopping bag broke [Not in her control] in your store damaging 2 t shirts. She was told she had to pay for the items. After paying for the items staff told her she was not able to take the damaged items with her as they can not sell her damaged goods.

Worst service! People on the till are on customer service duty on the phone as well so you wait and wait. There are enough staff but, no one on till except the lady on the phone. I was directed to the kiddies dept. to pay and again no one at the till. This store needs service training and adequate staffing at the right points...
