Wonderful school with great leadership and amazing teachers.

My son left St Albans 13 years ago. I loved the ethos of the school….the boys characters developed and were not crushed. Naughty was tolerated however Nasty was not! Zero tolerance for Nasty behaviour! There was a lovely atmosphere with a team of caring staff. The sick bay had great facilities and the matron was just the most lovely lady that my son used to go there for comfort when at a low. Extra curricular activities were out standing … my so. Did scuba diving and ventured off to Egypt, Thailand, Mozambique on school scuba trips.Great sports facilities and successes! Great arts facilities including music and drama that can be done as subjects. At the time when my son attended I did have an issue with the maths department and did need to get extra tuition. My son needed more discipline and I felt that the department did not provide it. So he was apparently absconding from class.But all in all I would highly recommend this school for guiding your boys through puberty and building them into charming, confident, caring young men, capable of dealing with challenges.

It's a wonderful school. I went there as an exchange student and I had a great time surrounded by nature and good young people with good manners. Ten out of ten.
