Great shop and friendly staff. Very helpful!!One star was lost due to the fact that I had to step in and give the proper advice to a customer about wiring and power to his fridge. Staff memeber wasn't properly educated about the correct way. Cigarette plugs aren't good for fridges. Especially if traveling to Nambia on those corrugated roads.

Plenty of sales staff but limited products knowledge. We asked for items from the website and was told it's only available in JHB. Couple items out of stock. Also, stock is clearly old and faded and selection (color options) is limited vs. The Outdoor Warehouse Online shop. So, it is useful to go and look and feel, but perhaps then go home and order online for greater variety.

The store is great but the staff are not fully trained in the products that they sell. So go there with your homework done before hand.

Great shop and friendly staff. Plenty of parking right outside the shop. Staff helped me in a few departments, but they are definitely lacking in knowledge when it comes to the electrical section. Cigarette plugs aren't great for fridges etc. Yes I was that customer that over heard one customers questions and stepped in and offered some much needed advice!!
