Sam was very helpful and friendly. I booked a Kruger park trip only a few days in advance and the guides were knowledgeable and very skilled. Sam worked with me via email to get the trip I wanted. I had a blast and saw so many animals! My only complaint is that the pick up times listed on the website were incorrect and I had to change my transportation plans at the last minute to get there in time. But overall it was a great experience.
