Fabulous Fish Flamingo Square

They are not treating people fairly. I ordered pizza next door and the lady told me fabulous fish is still open. So i went in side got a menu and just as i wanted to order the door was being shut in my face i looked at the time and it was 19h55. So i then decided oh well i have pizza i will just tell my friends we cant have sushi. While i was waiting for my pizza another guy went to fabulous fish 20h15 and they helped him. How is that fair.I would please like someone to explain to me how someone else can be helped after closing but i cant be helped before closing.

The worst experience of my life. Chicken gadsby had bone in it and took two bites before realizing that the chicken tasted like floor or dish cleaning product. Please do not eat here for you and your families safety.

I have ordered from them about 4 times now, two times I phoned ahead of time for pick up, the other two I went in to order. Great food, friendly service. Well priced.

I am a regular at this place. Usually product is good but last night the batter on the fish was grey and soggy. Totally inedible. I will go back in 2 weeks and hope it I'd back to normal. If not then it will be my last visit

4th time I have received a incomplete order calamari over cooked on 2 of the orders

Generous servings and great chips. Calamari also good but helping was 200g not the 300g ordered. Sadly the fish was rubbery and tasted waxy and bland.

Disappointed again by the quality and amount of food received in the medium hake parcel ...prices go up and the portion gets smaller ...even the batter on the fish is virtually non existent

Friendly, knowledgeable service. The food (hake and chips medium for me and Snoek/Calamari and chips large for my Fiancee) was delicious and enough for 4 people. We really enjoyed the food and they DELIVER , which put them in a different league! Thank you

Food is fresh, and delicious. But the service is truly disappointing. Every order I've ever placed is a long wait and there's always some confusion when I follow up followed by more waiting. The kitchen seems extremely disorganized.Tonight I placed an order for 2 sushi combos. A fish and chips parcel and calamari... I was told it would be a 10 to 15min wait.. After 20min I followed up and was told it would be a further 10 minutes. . After 15 minutes I followed up again and only after arguing that larger sushi combos that were ordered after mine were ready and I've been waiting for 35 min...they apologized and continued with their work...luckily I insisted that they check with sushi chef... And we discovered that my order had been ready ages ago.. But they had given part of the order to a delivery driver in error...They proceed to make fresh combos for my order. And pack up my stuff forgetting the calamari... I remind them that there's calamari on the order... She grabs a parcel apologizes. And I leave. (almost an hour after I've placed my order)Come home to a starving family... Take out the calamari for my child... And... It's a flippen fish cake.I called them. They delivered the calamari to my house. Along with a free apple juice. A sweet gesture... Unfortunately too late for my child to have any for her dinner. She went to bed after nibbling a few chips.While the food itself was good.. The experience was not and left us all feeling frustrated.. And not the way we were hoping to end our day.
