Very helpful staff. A good variety of women's shoes. Good place for school shoes. Some of the most comfortable trainers on the market, at a fraction of the usual cost.

Nice place, though I always struggle to find my shoe size. There always seems to be a crowd of staff simply hovering around, talking unproductively and when you ask for assistance, they aren't all very friendly (not everyone, but most aren't). Thank you to the individuals that really try to make customers feel welcome, however management can really improve the customer service vibe here as well as include more of the usual sizes (size 6,7,8).

Unfortunately I found the shoes far to wide for my feet, and very expensive, they call themselves a factory shop then I expect reasonable prices, lots of parking, actually store was empty, no shoppers there, quite a lonely shopping centre, not for me I like to shop with a more intimate centre, felt too isolated.

They used to sell a variety of kids shoes. Now you can barely see where they put them and the range is not too attractive. Their shoes were comfortable and affordable but now its expensive. The shop is nice and quiet... never a lot of people in there at one time making it even more convenient in this pandemic.

Quality of shoes are horrible. Shoe falls apart after two terms where is the pair I bought last year, lasted the entire year.disappointed...
