My daughter needed a heel raise that professional orthotists struggled with. Rocksole managed to get it right perfectly for a fraction of the price.

Rocksole rocks. This is a treasure chest omw they made me a beautiful burnt orange clutch bag to match my orange shoes. Just like that. Customer attentiveness and creativity is superb.

Went there for a repair on my leather suite. It was repaired in the allocated time and the price was very good. Going back today for some extra repairs.

Raaj grt guy to deal with, just dissapointed,,,,,,, matt black patches on my boots as per request,, i had to make it mattt,,,, and really now blue cotton on a black leather jacket what were they thinking

Took a bag In to get repaired about 3 years ago, bag was repaired at a costly price, but my bag had a burn Mark in the leather from their poor usage and negligence of hot tools around certain materials and fabrics aka bad workmanship. Thought I would give them a second chance and took a belt in to get repaired, to which they broke even more, came to collect the belt and they inform me only on collection that the belt had broken even further and they need to order a new part (which I am more than positive that they never ever did order a new part looking at the state of the belt in hand right now, with the old Calvin Klein logo on it cracked in half, proof no new part was ordered). When I questioned the owner Raj about the further breakage of the belt done in his shop, he spoke down to me as if I was beneath him and this was all my fault?! Raj was very aggressive and condescending in his approach and manner with me..he spoke to me this way, in his shop..as a client I might add!! When I called him out on his approach and tone of voice, he became even more aggressive, swearing, spitting(from shouting) in my face, after about 5 minutes of losing his cool with me infront of shocked clients, He then calmed down once he realized he had snapped! he then said he would sort it out and I can come collect soon. I left the store quite shaken up and very shocked! I did ask him why he was shouting and getting so angry, I told him to calm down and he just got worse, I left and Came to collect the belt 3 weeks later, the belt was fixed" but the link was cracked and again workmanship was done with zero pride and respect for the item. Very messy job. My partner wore the belt once.. The belt is even more broken than it ever was before.. So I say spare yourself the abuse from the owner Raj and spare yourself from dissatisfaction and waste of time trying to get any repairs done from this place. Safe to say I would give zero stars if I could

Always the best service... can't live without this place and the new lease on life it gives some of my favourite pieces.

Excellent serviceI am in a wheelchair, Roshaan, offered to come out to help me, made sure the orthotics fitted in my shoes, adjusted the shoes for me and overall was helpful, gracious, accommodating and had a really wonderful attitude.
