Cross fit changed my physical and mental health for better. André and his team is not only instructors but they are examples to and living the pasion, not only for the sport but to guid there members to push and achieve mush more that one would ever expect from yourself. This attitude at the box seems to roll over into your live and you push your self daily in everything your task yourself with.Also no matter age, size, fitness level, gender, or past injury you had, André and his team will guid and cater for your level.If you don’t believe me, go try it and prove me wrong.

Honestly the best box to be a part of. The standard of coaching is incredible. The environment is small and like a family. Such a fun loving atmosphere. The people bring out the best in you. Just join, you know you want to ;)
