Great grooming experience for my two dogs from this store.The staff are friendly, helpful and caring and put my mind at ease when I leave my precious fur kids for their groom session in their care. I'll be back.

No better SPA in Joburg North. I drive 20 km to get my puppy his treatment there.

I've taken my pup there for grooming and I was really happy with the experience. I also purchase treats for my boy from them as they have a great range. The service is also great.

Thank you Paul and Team for the great customer service and attention to detail. I had phoned earlier today to enquire about a hands free dog lead or a belt to attach dog leads to and Paul knew exactly what I wanted. He took photos and whatsapped me some options. I went down to the store and he'd already adjusted the waist size, I did however need a larger one which he had in stock. The three staff members welcomed me into the store and were knowledgeable and professional. This is my first time shopping here. Thank you for your great customer service!

The is the worst service I have ever received, a place like this that specialize in grooming cats and dogs should be not be supported at all. I would dig n hole and hide in it and never show my face to the public.You are unprofessional and I will not recommended you company to no person.I was an disgrace from working in till the minute I walked out of you shop. And took my beautiful loving cat directly to the vet and he confirmed that my cat is not agressieve. You staff need to get there ducked in row and need to be trained how to handel animal's with more car and Love and then only with you business be a great successAnimal can’t speak and it is our duty to stand up for them and protect them.Sheim on you, your staff and you management!

I called Pet Spa Riverside centre to book my 2 dogs in for a trim & grooming. The staff did not explain that the grooming shop was located inside Absolute Pets shop. Subsequently I arrived 15 - 20ins late as the grooming shop was not sign posted outside.To my amazement on entering the shop I was told that I was late & there would only be time to wash my one dog who didn't need trimming. After some deliberation I noticed my maltese, who hadn't been washed yet, had a sore on his tail. So I asked if the groomer could just wash my maltese & attend to trimming the hair on his tail & apply disinfectant to the irritated section of his skin.I was told that it would take too long to wash & dry him & the next client was coming soon. They were not at all concerned about me leaving with one washed dog & the other dog dirty!! I got quite angry & called the grooming manager to speak to her staff.Eventually the Manager, Allison told her staff to fit my dog in for grooming & arrange for the next client to come later.i was also to be given 10% discount.Needless to say, I will not be taking my dogs for grooming ever again. Not a good experience for a first time visit.
