I bought a 6 burner gas stove. A disappointing expensive purchase. There is no oven light and the glass on the oven door is so dark you can't see anything in the oven. The 'grill' is a complete waste of time and might as well not be there, Good to look at but not practical at all.

Had a gas geyser and other appliances installed by Matthew Tuiner form Zero Appliances and i would highly recommend them for all your gas requirements. Very professional, excellent service and fair pricing.

ARB Gas supplied us with a Zero 16 litre gas geyser that broke within 2 days. 3 weeks later it broke again. This time ARB told us we had to pay them R950 to come and remove the geyser and take it back to the manufacturer. I always look for good deals because there are people out there who do good work and don't charge a fortune. This manufacturer makes duds and their installers abdicate all responsibility for it. AVOID!!!

I am very disappointed with the service delivery of Zero Appliances. For 46 years this was a company that I stood by and there products. But recently when I wanted to send my stove in for repairs and service. I was told to bring the stove in myself. That after I was told the transport cost will be R275 per trip and a basic services of R120 which I was willing to pay in advance due to the fact that I do not have a bakkie to transport the stove . I agreed to the preliminary billing cost and was willing to pay it up front. I also knew that the company is only coming to Pretoria once a week. Also I had no problem with that or with the fact that there might be extra costs should there be extra parts needed. No communication took place further to send me and invoice for the above mentioned billing costs or to ask for my address to arrange pick. A week later I made a follow up only to be told again I must bring it in myself. Zero if this is the way you are going to treat your clients then you just lost one. I will be placing this on Hello Peter as well.

Bought a gas chest freezer. Its not even a freezer as they claim. Its a chiller am so disappointed . Bought it from South Africa took ot to Zimbabwe . And disgusted to say the least.

Bought two geysers from the supplier a year ago. I've had multiple and ongoing issues since it was installed. Continuous ignition issues or leaks on internal components. Replacement parts not readily available and supplier does not have technicians that are able to ressolve issues so need to use external services. Very disappointing product.

I bought a double door gas and electric fridge manufactured by zero for cash at Ok Moruleng. This was the most disappointing purchase I ever had. The fridge never froze anything from the onset. I tried to contact the manufacture via the supplier without any success. They wanted me to carry the fridge to them after spending over R5 500 cash on the purchase of this useless product. The next time when I could transport the fridge to them they said it out of guarantee. What an excuse? The zero product is just a waste of money. I regret having bought it until someone proves me wrong.
