It's home away from home, very clean and well maintained. I was well received by the caretaker because I had arrived late at night. The chef also came to find out if I wanted breakfast the following morning. Very attentive and warm service. I highly recommend.

Not a place I would recommend to anyone for a stay over. The chef overslept on the Monday morning of our departure after we made arrangements with him on Sunday, as we needed to leave for Botswana at a certain time. On our return on Thursday afternoon after travelling from Maun, we were told we cannot book in as Mia knew nothing of our arrival or reservation. Keeping in mind that we paid in advance! Gilbert took photographs of our booking and proof of payment and sent this to Mia who was busy fetching het children from school. On the phone she informed Gilbert that she knows nothing of us and we must wait. We decided to drive through to Johannesburg (4 hour drive) as we were not willing to wait until somebody decided to accommodate us. Halfway to Lephalale (87km away) we phoned Gilbert again to see if Mia has given him some sort of instruction concerning our accommodation. He confirmed that Mia has not given him any instructions. Blaming your staff is no way to run a business and unfortunately in the hospitality industry, your customer comes first!

We were so happy to find a smiling face and bed to sleep on after a long day on the road from Zambia, through Bots and a frantic rush to make the border. Thank you! The units are lovely, very spacious with a kitchen equipped with all the basic needs. Very friendly owner and staff. Will definitely use this as our base when traveling North in future.

Good stop over for Botswana.

The facilities were stunning - much better than expected, very clean and everything you might need is found in your room! We loved it! The only complaint was that we phoned the numbers on the website multiple times, for multiple days and struggled to get through. There also is not a designated reception area or person, which made booking in a bit difficult. But all in all a good experience.

Poor customer service from Mr Moyo! Chased us away last night, we wanted to book 2 rooms and when we asked to view the rooms he said we are wasting his time as he wanted to sleep, that time was 21:00. We asked if we can eft since they don’t have a swiping machine, he said yes, then suddenly he was kicking us out and calling us drunkards because we had glasses in our hands but i provocative! So he chases us away and told us he is not losing anything as that was a white man’s establishment not his. Such disrespect!!!

Clean. Friendly staff. And close enough to the Botswana border for a day visit. Tasty breakfast prepared by Gilbert. And close to the Bordeaux wedding venue.
