Best Customer experience..though we indicated that we were just simply feeding our eyes...we were given a plus five star treatment and service

Poor customer service.I would never recommend that dealership to anyone

The most unaccommodating dealership I have ever been to.I took my Land Rover Discovery 3 in for a basic service I was not even offered a courtesy car to move around in town as I live 100km away from the dealership. They also failed miserably in providing any sufficient transportation to take me to my appointments on time.After a 9 hour wait (08:00-17:00) I received my vehicle back without a working radio. I told them straight away and was told that I can't be helped now but they will pick it up from me the next week. After 4 weeks waiting I had to return the vehicle because they would once again not help me.I booked it in the morning and after 6 hours of waiting they told me that the radio would not work again and that they could not help me at all. This after a working vehicle was booked in and a defective one was received back.Thereafter I took the car to Salisbury Landy Services where they rebooted my radio and after 10 minutes I was able to drive away with a working radio. How does Land Rover not know that, that is the mistake?Land Rover Nelspruit doesn't contact you, they don't accommodate you and they do not care about the mistakes made by the dealership. I would not advise using theirs services at all.

Total lack of customer interest-we are from cape-town and have now spent R16, 000. happily elsewhere

Unprofessional Sales agents, they don't fulfill their promises, was promised a spotters commission after referring a customer to buy an Evoke which was paid cash. It been 4months now.
