Wilhelm's Auto provides excellent and professional service. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They are my auto consultants :) and I often phone them for car related advice or when I'm experiencing auto emergencies like breaking down next to the N2.I cannot recommend them enough. Took my newly secondhand bought Ford Figo to them when it had issues starting and the check engine light suddenly came on later, with the engine starting to lose power/idling strangely. They were recommended by collegues and aquintances to have a good reputation. At the time they were fully booked, but did promise to check my vehicle as soon as possible.I phoned them a few days later and they confirmed the first two smaller issues, which would need to be attended to before they can do an accurate diagnostic of the main issue. They were open to communicate the whole process with me and provide me with advise on the best course of action.I would later have my vehicle taken to another repairer who specialised in Fords and they were more than happy to assist in refunding me for the initial ignition switch issue payment, as this has not been attended to yet due to a parts issue, no fault of theirs, but this was really appreciated at the time.As other have stated they are a bit pricey, but as this vehicle has shown me rather spend money and have peace of mind of good service, as opposed being cheap or taking sketchy deals and regretting it later.I would certainly recommend them and will surely use them in future for servicing.

Trustworthy, reliable, honest and genuine.I’m very thankful that I could find such a great mechanic whilst in Stellies that won’t charge you for the sake of it.I’m not that clued up on cars at all and so Wilhelm kindly took the time to explain everything to me when my car needed services and always shopped around for the best prices and parts when I needed repairs.The car was always ready timeously and I always felt respected, never spoken down to for my lack of knowledge (which I’ve found before) so it was an absolute breeze when I needed to sort my car out.

I was on holiday and directed to Wilhelms Auto by SAC Paarl for assistance. The work required was extensive. Bradley was the gentleman I worked with. Amazing service, quality work and exceptional communications. I was updated daily, even with pictures etc. Thanks to all and especially Bradley.
