Very difficult to shop with a trolley, dark due to load shedding,makes you feel unsafe. Staff is good though,friendly and helpful.

Customer service at this Akerman is very bad like all the time, it's either the stuff is rude or they just lie so that they don't help you

Packed. Small and everything congested.not enough cashiers and their not friendly. If you want to get covid just go there. No social distance even to walk around aisle picking up your purchase. Nightmare. Their baskets are dirty. Need cleaning.

I went to return items to this store yesterday which was initially bought from The grove mall, I didn't have my original receipt but I had the printed snapshots of the Original receipt. It took them 2 and half hour to get the matter resolved which I ended up using my phone to contact The grove mall to get the original receipt, I'm just glad I got assisted but not happy with the time I had to wait and the comment from Melida when she asked my reason for the return which I told her the sizes were big and she went on about how desperate I was for the money and she won't write size too big because according to her I changed my mind because I needed the money. I felt insulted and I doubt if I will buy anything from that store ever.Nevertheless I'm thankful to Rose, Maria and Letta for their assistance, Rose was kind and patient through out the whole process.

Update: I did provide them with details, they never came back to me.Bought some baby clothes and nappies there on a Saturday. There were only 2 tills open and we waited about 40 minutes to pay.

Today a not so thin lady told my daughter to put her mask on while drinking water...Dumb!!.... While her own mask did not cover her nose ...Dumber..

They do not offer the tap option for payment resulting in me not buying from them twice already.

Only one cashier on duty and have been waiting first in line for more than 7 minutes with more customers queueing behind us.

Security more worried about sanitizing than anything else. Even though you're have you're own sanitizer. While all levels is dropped.
