Excellent.Originally I bought a 4g portable router.I went back as it stopped working.It was actually still in good working order, but I had somehow reset it to default.Their team is very patient and helpful and I for one, will use this particular store in future

Entered the store at 12:56. Sign at the door says 'open'. Staff looks at me like I am a ghost, as one of them vociferously tells me they are closed. I tell him the sign says you're open and it's just before one. 'I know what I need and I'm not going to waste your time'. He asks me if I got cash and I say I use a card, they all turn around and say and say no card purchase can be done, we are closed.So much for customer service!!

The staff at Matrix are always happy to help. So knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tech products or assistance. 5 stars.

Went at 3:35pm on a Saturday,the door says they open till 4:00pm. The two guys behind the counter signaled they are closed pathetic service

There are angels in earth. Mine this week came in the form of @IT Stoneridge They've always given top notch service and being without my pc has been detrimental to everything for the past week and a bit . My hubby tried to do what he could but eventually decided to hand it to the experts and they sorted it out in the blink of an eye. Thank you to the entire team you will always have my recommendation I truly appreciate it!
