Such a professional customer service, the owner is so helpful and knows perfectly what he does, helpful and friendly... Theywent beyond what I've expected with editing and photoshopping to make our pictures perfect. Also professional knowledge of passports pictures all sizes and types.Highly recommend to people who are serious and value their photos, which are memories for life , many thanks to Eddy

So incredibly disappointed with the service here. I brought in my disposable camera and was told it would take a week to get these developed (I actually received them a week and a half later - but not the point). Once receiving them they were all duds! I was so upset because the shots were really memorable experiences. After expressing my frustration about this to Eddy and explaining how I usually go to Digidirect to get my photos done and explaining that this has never happened with them he didn’t show any sympathy or apology. I asked for a refund or a replacement disposable camera as in most photo developing places this is what they offer and he refused. After pressing some more he advised I can come into the store and he would give me a roll of film. Upon my visit to the store I asked if I could have a disposable camera instead as I do not have a camera I can use the roll of film on- he advised that he is not able to do this and proceeded to give me the roll and snub me out of the store. I expressed to him that I didn’t have a camera or anything to use the roll of film on and he told me to “go buy a camera or something”. I left the store so disappointed and incredibly disheartened. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone and I will never ever recommend Eddys store. There are so many better stores especially in the Sydney CBD - I would avoid this one like the plague! Incredibly dissatisfied.

On way to my visa appointment I realised the photo format required was 2inch×2 inch. I called up Eddy and requested if I can mail the photo and he can print it so that I just have to collect and can make to the appointment on time. Eddy was kind enough to arrange the same and I successfully submitted my application due to his great service and trust!

Not often you find people that are willing to go the extra mile. Eddy was fantastic, quick and top notch service. I can’t recommend him more highly. I seldom write reviews. But have made an exception because I was so impressed.

Randomly walked past and was very pleasantly surprised at the exceptional service. Great quality work and expertise. Edited to add that although the passport photo quality is excellent, check that the sizes are correct. Mine was too small when matched to the Australian passport photo template and the Australia Post lady warned me that I might be asked to produce another signed photo.

I decided to make a scrap book for my partner as a Christmas present. Officeworks could not help with what I wanted but they pointed me in the direction of Eddy’s Photos.I met Eddy and explained what my ideas were and how I wanted an array of photos cropped and sized (all taken on an iPhone). He kindly explained what he could do and also showed me finished textures of the prints and what their pros and cons were, giving me a choice which I was able to make my decision then and there. I returned with my USB with my selected photos (over 350) on them and he told me to come back the following week. The prints came out fantastic, I was really impressed by the quality and the scrap book is looking amazing as its come to life. Some files had corrupted through transfer from laptop to USB which Eddy highlighted and we were able to work it around so those particular photos could get printed as well.Eddy was even able to photoshop out an ‘intruder’ in one photo which I didn’t even ask him to do, which delighted me. I even came back a week or so later to get some more printed to add to the book. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eddy’s Photo to anyone looking to get their own personal photos printed. Eddy was diligent, informative and straight to the point. What more could I ask for in a salesman? If I could give him 6 stars I would.Thank you, Eddy. I’ll be back for sure.

Eddy and his wonderful social skills really helped me feel comfortable after transferring from Liechtenstein, he made the passport photos quick and reliable. Overall Eddy and his son were extremely nice and patient throughout the process. If you ever need photos framed or passport photos I highly recommend Eddie.

While I was in hotel quarantine in Sydney I needed to have a picture ready for my dad's funeral in Melbourne. Eddy helped retouch the portrait I sent him by email, and had it framed and ready for me to collect right after my quarantine, on my way to the airport to Melbourne. He was very responsive and professional, and all of my father's friends complimented on what a lovely picture it was. I was very happy with the entire process, and I recommend his shop highly. Please support small businesses like his during this trying time!
