I ordered and had my new BMW built in Germany through BMW Sandton. The Sales Executive's sales and service delivery was exceptionally outstanding. They were truly a superstar of note who gave me the most beautiful BMW experience for which I am beyond grateful.They bear testament to the fact that BMW Sandton not only places emphasis on the quality of their product/s but their sales and service as well. Well done to BMW Sandton and the Sales Executive for carrying the BMW Flag as high as they do!!! BMW South Africa and globally should truly be proud for having the Sales Executive, with whom I dealt, and their Sandton dealership under their umbrella because they are simply phenomenal.I wish them many happy and returning customers.

I am very disappointed right now that a road side mechanic can do better than a Bmw office in sandton, I took my car in for service which took two days before I got it even with a booking appointment. after getting my car I notice that my car was bringing out carbons heavily which was not happening before I took it in, the service light I was charged for is still up. I took my car back to Standton stand they check and told me the oil was too much which now has affected my value steam seal this is really heart broken that a shop where we expect to have professionals working can damage my car in this manner. Please never take your BMW to Sandton shop they will damage your car…… this is really painful, the service supervisor after taking my number for over 24hours I am yet to get a call from her to tell me what next what a poor service.

I have never ever had such bad service from any dealership. And this is the WORST ONE! from day 1 I have had trouble getting a hold of someone. If you don’t believe me call them and ask for Thomas in sales. Call for ANTON who is used car sales MANAGER. Call for the dealer principal who is apparently never in. It’s 10am and THOMAS who is my sales man who is ‘helping’ with the sale is not yet in and its 10am. I have called multiple times and still no one has called me back. Or bothered. I have paid for the vehicle. West Bank was waiting for the invoice from the dealership which took them 2 days to do. There is no one I can contact as no one is answering. And no one bothers to call back.If I don’t get a call I will cancel the deal and I want my money back. They can keep the car. As I am running after them for a sale???? Yes they gave me a gift and full tank of fuel because they know they are messing around. But I can’t believe the service. Pathetic.Bmw Pietermaritzburg which the car is being delivered to is still waiting for the sales man (Thomas) email address since Friday to send documents through toBMW Pietermaritzburg. I have called in over 7 times today regarding the delivery of my vehicle and no one has taken my call (12/06/2023) eventually Bmw Pietermaritzburg helped me regarding the whereabouts of my vehicleRegards S. Worst BMW service center is South Africa. I have had BMW for last 10+ years and each time I have attempted to get in motor plan issues resolved Sandton BMW has attempted to milk money. The attitude of Service advisors to Service center manager is rude. Remember guys we are the ones paying your salaries 5 years in advance as customers and your attitude towards us is pathetic.

Sad excuse for a dealership, went in to buy a car from their pre-owned department, my finance was approved by the bank but I needed a few days to sort out the private sale of my current car. Pre-owned manager Anton was unable to accommodate my request and advised that they only reserve a car for 24 hours even though I was ready to sign the papers for the sale. I ended up buying a car from a competitor brand in Sandton, take note BMW South Africa of the terrible service that is being offered by the dealership that is supposed to represent your brand to the public.

I dealt with Dennis in the parts department. What exceptional service. He took the time to look at my car and go through the parts needed with me. Reminded of me what great service should be.
