2 different sales men..1 part request..part specs repeated 3 times..wrong part given the first time..part specs repeated again and my details were written down..3 days later..no reply..no phone call. Not good at all. My advise..write all customers in a book and reason for the visit..part requested and check to see if the customer was helped.This will serve as a salesman performance check up and customer satisfaction. Good luck.

What an unpleasant experience when I went their the other day. Four guys behind the country. and one behind the counter desk top computer. I'm the only customer and when I walked in, no one made an effort to greet or ask me what I want. I literally had to ask for service! - such a shame, I'll make an effort not to go back there and would surely advise my friends to do the same.
