Extremely terrible communication from the owners, who prefer watsapp to communicate onlyBooking their venue is worse than trying to get a booking at a 5star accommodation. One day it’s available next day it’s gone. Watsapp the owner a few days later it’s available. Poor business ethics

These guys are simply amazing. Had them set up for my little one's first birthday at our home and they did an absolutely outstanding job. The tent and table layout and not forgetting the balloon ring looked stunning. My guests were so impressed and couldn't get over how beautiful everything looked... I loved it! Thank you Wayne and Anthea :)

They have a good selection for jumping castles for rent. Great service and hours of fun for the children.

The owners know customer service, the best in town

After reading lovely reviews unfortunately I was disappointed when I received nothing of the sorts. Poor communication and dealing with the owner on whats app extremely frustrating. After all this I won't ever be attempting to use thier services again.

Read to the end pls - I really DID give them 5 stars.We rented a castle from them & it didn’t inflate properly. We called & they sent someone back to check the castle and bring a bigger motor/blower (even though it usually worked with the smaller one). Even then it didn’t inflate properly, so they left the castle with us for the rest of the party to be used by the little kids only, and also refunded us in full.Although it was disappointing not to have what we’d planned I am seriously impressed with how they dealt with us and with the problem, at the time and afterwards. Unpredictable instrument challenges & failures are a real part of every business, but not all businesses deal with them well. Hoppers & Bugs were professional, responded quickly, communicated well throughout the party day, and they were friendly to boot.I will definitely use them again.
