I have made a lot of progress since starting my sessions with Shelley. Every time we meet I realize that I am so much closer to the person I want to be. Shelley creates a safe and welcoming environment whilst still being honest with you about what may be holding you back or keeping you down. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants and needs some change in their lives.

Shelly is very accommodating. Having online sessions with her is a huge benefit as i do not have transport. I felt very comfortable opening up to her, I have been seeing her from last year and see that there is a huge difference in my life. Very grateful to have her. Highly recommended
