Excellent service!! My Note 20 Ultra's screen was cracked and I took it there on Wednesday afternoon and by Friday afternoon my phone was ready and as good as new. Their customer service was on point , I just loved everything about them.

Fantastic service received from this store. My S21+ had a display problem and they replaced the entire panel under warranty including the battery in 24 hours. This is outstanding considering they don't keep parts in-store and have to order it. Location is convenient and safe, within FNB Bank City. Highly recommend this Service Centre.

The best there is.. exceptional service took 2 of my samsung phones, the latest being the z fold 3, which had problems with the hinges. The job done on my phone I'm impressed as they did not change the hinges only but also changed both my screens and battery, thank you guys.

I took my J7 yesterday, their reception is very professional i was told to wait for 48hrs, am hoping and expecting a good repair of my phone. however am happy with their welcoming. I will do my follow up tomorrow on Friday . I will give back more review when my gadget is back. Keep it up.

Booked in my S21+ on the 1st of December. 72 hours turn around time ended. Still no ETA when my phone will be ready. I call in I get told a story of replacement screen and replacement phone. I asked that story in writing via email no one has sent me an email. Called again and promised the same thing. I'm really getting frustrated to be honest

This is in the middle of the city and parking is a problem. They are renovating the building at present.The service is excellent and helpful.
