What an absolutely terrible store.First, they sell you a defective stain set.Now picture this, it's your son's birthday, he can barely contain himself while you're assembling the tracks. Then you put the batteries in and put it on. It doesn't work. So, you turn the batteries around. Still not working. Then you take a closer look and see the better spring is missing. No problem buddy, we'll exchange it.You take time to go to the toy shop to exchange the toy, only for not one, but TWO staff members to:1. Accuse you of breaking the toy.2. Threaten you and your wife, over a broken toy.Let me say, Toys R Us, as a business owner myself, you always try to fix the problem, not accuse the customer of making the problem. It is this way you'll lose clientsNow, please be aware, I have posted this on Facebook, twitter, Google maps and I will be telling all my son's parents friends. Be aware, parents talk. Word of mouth is a great thing. If a parent tells me this place is good for kids, I mention it to another parent friend, who mentions it to another. This is called word of mouth".Please be aware

As a long time customer we bought toys today but had to return one that was defective. Driving to the mall twice is not my idea of a fun day out, whilst we waited over 10 minutes for a simple return to get completed the manager asked my wife how he could help (he had no reason to interfere, but I guess he felt he had to ask as there was no one else being helped since there was only one clerk at the pay point). She simply told him that she is being helped and what has been done so far. He then proceeded to be rude to her. The store was super busy clearly the pressure got to him, but don't take it out on your returning customers... We won't be returning again. Many customers just walked out due to the poor management.

The guard is very rude. Some friends and I were looking around and she kept following us around for no reason, then stopped and stared at us. Then she gave us some attitude! Would not recommend buying stuff at such a rude and disrespectful place!

Good variety of toys and more and friendly staff. Store layout could be improved by rejigging aisles.

Very unsatisfied experience with their returns policy. I was told to take the lego back to Lego and not to Toys R Us as there where missing pieces.

Always a pleasure to shop here prices are reasonable staff are always friendly and helpful

Store is too small some of the staff ignored customers. There's only one gift wrapping table at this time of the year

The most unhelpful store I have ever been to in my life! Will never shop there ever again. Do yourself a favour and rather shop at Toy Kingdom

Most inconvenient shop. Your toys break easily. Service on return is horrible 4 months waiting for Kurio tablet to be fixed and second time this happens. Never will I set my foot after return of that kurio
