I'm from country NSW with the plan of visiting Sydney to pick up stepping stone pavers whilst on holidays. I found Outdoor and General online before I left. They had exactly what I was looking for. Price was the lowest I could find, service by staff - couldn't be better. Linda you were terrific and efficient. You certainly knew your products. Thanks to the team for loading me up and sending me home 7 hours away. Glad I found you, will definitely visit again.

Great customer service. Bought some stones for the garden and some garden edging. Good quality materials. The guy was super nice giving me an extra price of garden edge for free as I was short 0.5 metres. He was also very honest and didn't recommend me to buy more stones and only come back if I ran short. Highly recommended

Such great service. Have had some work at my old place which really transformed my backyard into a little oasis. Design, pavers choice, construction and delivery were all made a breeze with their great communication and organisation. Recently bought some grey pebbles around the pool in my new place and the boys were amazing in helping me choose the right colour and size. So happy with the result. 45 sqm pathway paving job just completed. Very happy with the results. Although I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted, I was not sure of final design. To help my decision I relied upon the experience of Pave-Link guys who laid out a number of alternatives and reassured me with the chosen pattern. Work a little slow to commence but found them pleasant to deal with and highly experienced. Once on the job the work a team descended and the work was completed quickly and professionally and within the promised timeframe. Would highly recommend and happy to use for any future jobs.

These guys are the best paving and tile shop in SydneyThe quality is obvious however customer service is second to none. The patient and understanding way they catered for my indecisive wife’s numerous requests was amazing. I came across this business by accident, went to their showroom & chose the pavers I wanted for our house in Bondi. Such a great service from start to finish. They have a really great selection of pavers & their pricing is super competitive. Excellent communication and customer service. The delivery arrived on time, a very easy company to deal with. Had some manufacturing issues with pavers I ordered through Outdoor & General. I have to call out Linda for doing such an excellent job in chasing up and mediating a solution on my behalf with the supplier.

Great prices, way better selection than anywhere else, and great customer service! They were very knowledgeable and helpful when we were trying to select pavers. They have a really good display outside of all the pavers to help you decide.
