Ordered a boxmeal yesterday. Gave me food poisoning. Not the first time at this KFC. Pathetic service rendered as usual. Branch is in desperate need of a visit from a health inspector.

We had the worst experience there. The staff were very disrespectful and rude. Waited 30 minutes for food that gave us all food poisoning the next day.

Was charged an additional R20 for dunked wings without explanation which totals to R102.90. The lady (Akhona) even took my slip when my order was given to me. I tried calling when I got home to understand the additional charge as it didn’t sit well with me but no one picked up.

I am highly disappointed in the service. The guy taking my order took it down incorrectly and I was over charged even though I repeated my order over three times to him. Instead of apologizing and rectifying it he stood there saying eish and blamed me. After being persistent that I be refunded for being over charged and my order was rectified I was given incorrect pieces of chicken after stipulating which ones I wanted over three times in my order. they changed the piece and spoke amongst each other saying she is irritating" in Zulu. When I get home I see my beverage was incorrect after paying extra to ensure I have the one I want. They seem to have taken on new staff as the regular staff is usually so delightful. I don't recommend that people purchase from this branch as their customer service is terrible and so is their new staff. You have lost me as a regular customer."

Terrible,I asked for a different sauce on a burger and stated it about 3 times and when I opened my meal at home they didn't bother , they also don't even bother with their soda cups ,it literally tastes like fizzy water, some employees don't deserve their job

I just bought 2 meals: sweet chilli twister and streetwise 2 . It took them almost 30 minutes to have it ready. There was only 1 other customer at the restaurant. Westwood KFC needs to be quicker, it's a fast food restaurant. 30 minutes defeats the purpose of fast food! The lady behind the counter that brings food through from the cooks then threw the meal when I asked how much longer it would take. Unacceptable.

We order of the Kfc app, Order was suppose to be delivery at 13h05, at 13h15 we get a call from the compliance officer saying we won't be getting our meal because we stay to far. We are in Sherwood. The Manager from the store was suppose to call us. We waited over two hours already and we haven't received a call from her or anyone from headoffice.The app automatically selects a store and I was unable to change it.We still haven't received the meal which is paid for.
