Worst ever absolute disaster should just close down

I have sought services from ADT and they sent a salesperson. In our discussions he could not answer some of the questions we asked as they were too technical for him. He escalated the matter with head of operations in PE who was supposed to contact us. Up until today we have had NO response fr ADT. Imagine if we sign up with them and a break in happens what will be their responseJudge for yourself !!!

I repainted my outside walls and wanted some new signage.I called ADT and the next day they delivered 4 new signs to use and choose as I needed. No charge.Very helpful and friendly.On the security side.. I have been with ADT for a very long time and their armed response has always been very quick and professional.I'm very lucky in my area as if I do not respond immediately by phone, armed response has never taken more than 3 minutes to arrive. ... Maybe that's unusual, but like I said, maybe I'm just lucky.. Could be that their service really is that good.At night time on an alarm, when armed response has come around they discreetly insist on doing a full check inside and outside the premises, even when told all is well.I understand the reason is that ADT want to make sure there is no possible hostage situation, so I'm really ok with that..

I've had a bad experience with the ADT branch in Port Elizabeth ..The Technician promised to come and view my premises for a quotation and never pitched ..I've contacted him and even left messages on Whatsapp for him , but he never replied ..so up until today I'm still waiting for Yunus Coltman from ADT PE branch.

They lock you into a contact and keep deducting money even after they uninstall their system. Never doing business with them again.

0/10 no longer patrol in our area while thiefs walk around at night. Glad we cancelled. Technicians never pitch up. Cancelled the whole alarm once and for all. Patrol at malls and schools , but don't care about patrolling at home for people who pay them.monthly. goodbye. Bad service. Installing cameras won't help. Goodbye

At first they were very professional to get everything going. However once you have issues like I had with a brand new alarm system, it was a headache having to them to come fix it. Phoning and making a arrangements but the technicians just decide to ghost you as they please.

Shocking Service need to train there technicians, don't even try phone them

TERRIBLE - Paid an amount for a license our application was declined and cannot get our money back. Got a very rude and unhelpful woman in the accounts department who told us the money could only be paid at the end of the month... which month I have no clue - been 2 months and NO REFUND!! Disgusted
