My wacky Wednesday was the usual standard, I drove about 15min before I ate, the chips were still warm but the chicken burger was very cold

I ordered from the app and received charcoal, the ribs were burnt, the tomatoes in the burgers still had the black stumps in them. I was really disappointed and hungry so I ate the charcoal.

My Mjojo burger didn't have pineapple, and i only realized this when i got home. If pineapple is out of stock, you guys should let me know, so that I can choose something else on the menu. This store is ridiculous, there's always something wrong with my orders. If they don't add extra things that you didn't request they omit things from your order. Whats Mjojo burger without a pineapple?????

We ordered a burger meal and extra chips. When we got the order it was cold and we asked them to make hot chips. When we got the food back only half of the order was in the bag. When we complained about it and ask for our money back the manager said unfortunately no he cannot give it back. After the lady who helped us placed the order confirmed the order the manager still don't want to assist us in giving our money back. We did not get our food nor money back from Steers manager Prosper. He was to happy to put that money in his own pocket. Please geta manager that is fair.

I am a regular customer ordering online and i always receive chips that burnt so bad, not to be eaten but belongs in the dustbin. even yesterday's order same thing. Steers Wonderpark will never disappoint you with oil burning chips.

My experience was bad. The cashier made me wait for long after I changed my order. What happened is that I ordered a plain ice cream and changed my mind for deep caramel. The supervisor told the cashier to add caramel on top of my order then my price was extra from original price. When ask why they told me that they are not allowed to cancel the order. What a horrible experience my order number was 34 I bought on the 02nd of October 2022

Some staff are very unfriendly, you greet and they decide to not respond and continue with whatever they are busy.
